    Description

We offer a very cool hand forged, socketed spear likely from the 18th century, possibly earlier. The spear is 10 1/4" long and 2 1/2" across at the blade. I'm guessing that this was made for the fur trade to be used in bartering with the Native American Indians. The spear is in good, solid condition. As you can see there is a slight bend in the shaft...probably done when it was initially forged. This is a wonderful old artifact. You will be thrilled. Lucky buyer please add .75 shipping.
